Anywhere League Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of our game, refunds are only available until the Friday of the first week of the season you registered for.

Refunds of one-week trials are available at any time as long as no one from your team has participated in a quiz yet.

Refunds

To request a refund, please email play@anywhere-league.com with the reason for your request, the team name or company you registered, and the email address used to register the team. Assuming it’s in time, we’ll process it as soon as possible.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
